Privacy Policy

PawSolids is built around a simple principle: your pet's health data belongs to you. We designed the app so that the bulk of what you log never leaves your device.

What stays on your device

Every activity you log — feedings, water, symptoms, medications, and any photos you attach — is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard secure storage. We do not have servers that read or back up this data unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync (iOS).

What we do collect

• Anonymous analytics:aggregated, non-personal usage events that help us improve the app (e.g. "feature X was opened 1,200 times this week"). You can disable this in Settings → Privacy.
• Crash reports: if the app crashes, your device may send an anonymous report so we can fix it. No pet data is included.
• Subscription receipts: if you purchase a subscription, App Store/Play Store handles the transaction. We receive only the receipt confirmation — never your payment details.

What we never do

• Sell your data to anyone, ever.
• Share your pet's health log with advertisers.
• Use your data to train AI models without explicit opt-in.

Your rights

You can export all your data as a PDF from inside the app at any time. You can delete the app to remove all local data. If you have an account (optional), you can request deletion by emailing privacy@pawsolids.com.
