Welcome to PawSolids. These terms govern your use of the PawSolids mobile application and website. By using PawSolids, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

PawSolids is a tracking tool. It is not a replacement for veterinary care and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet. The correlations and insights surfaced by the app are statistical observations, not diagnoses.

Your account

You may use PawSolids without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by lost or shared credentials.

Subscriptions

Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store account. Refunds are handled by the store, per their policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app.
• Do not use the app to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

Liability

PawSolids is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
